We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Technical Enablement Program Manager to lead the enablement efforts for portfolio offerings, sales conversion strategies, and technical sales readiness. This role will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure our Technical Go-to-Market Team are fully equipped to position, differentiate, and sell our solutions across the customer lifecycle. 
Key Responsibilities:   Technical Enablement 
• Deliver technical training programs that cover architecture discussions, integrations, and technical differentiators. 
• Work with Product Management and Engineering to translate technical capabilities into customer value for the Go-to-Market and technical partner teams. 
• Maintain an up-to-date repository of technical FAQs, customer success stories, and demo guides. 
• Work with peers to define and standardize demo environments, technical talk tracks, and solution walk through templates.     Technical Readiness for New Product & Feature Launches 
• Serve as the technical readiness lead for product releases, ensuring technical sellers are trained on, architecture updates, new integrations, platform roadmap impacts, technical competitive updates utilizing content from technical marketing and product management. 
• Partner with SE leadership to ensure technical certification pathways exist and evolve as the portfolio changes.    Pre-Sales Technical Skills & Methodology Enablement 
• Build and deliver programs focused on pre-sales excellence (e.g., discovery, technical validation, POCs, solution design) enhancing technical sales skills to build pipeline routed in Force Management principles and vision/portfolio selling.   
• Coach technical teams on how to differentiate technically using frameworks, value engineering, and workshop design.    Sales Enablement Operations 
• Leverage sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Gong) and LMS tools to distribute and track training content. 
• Measure impact of enablement programs using qualitative feedback and performance metrics including sales performance and pipeline. 
• Act as a liaison between field teams and corporate functions to ensure feedback loops and continuous improvement.     Qualifications: 
• Deep technical selling knowledge and experience ideally in DDI and/or Networking.  
• Experience enabling technical and non-technical sales roles. 
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement 
• Understanding of B2B sales processes, especially complex/solution selling. 
• Strong facilitation, instructional design skills and Force Management experience. 
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), sales enablement tools, and performance analytics. 
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills. 
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results.  Preferred: 
• Experience supporting Solution Architects/Engineers directly.
