If you are ready to join and be a vital part of this collaborative, integrated therapy team, this is the position for you!
*Duties and responsibilities include:*

* Notify the office manager when a client has 10 remaining visits to request additional visits.
* Track the amount of sessions per week for each client and check the therapy schedule to be sure each child is receiving the max amount of sessions each week.
* Coordinate, plan, prepare and run monthly parent meetings for each client
* Discuss their client’s therapy schedule, review new and existing goals/evaluations, review current goal progress, discuss how therapy looks for their child, provide home tips, and answer any questions. Ask parents what goals they would like to address
* Participate in monthly collaboration meeting for each child on your caseload with OT and BCBA
* Provide SLPAs with therapy ideas, suggested materials, and training as needed
* Supervise SLPAs, review and sign SLPA notes, and provide clinical feedback
* Monitor and provide therapy as indicated in plan of care
* Create and explain home programs for parents to carryover skills
* Complete documentation, with signature, for all services provided within 5 days of date of service
* Establish and monitor caseload’s current level of functioning using the company appointed collaboration protocol
* Maintain clear lines of communication and professional boundaries, and implement feedback of Office Manager to improve professional performance
* Provide thorough descriptions of caseload’s current performance, areas of growth, and areas of need
* Collaborate with BCBAs, leads, RBTs, OTs, and COTAs to discuss cases
* Provide therapists and parents with tools and tips for each child’s needs
