About
Develop and grow overall volume revenue and profit within FSOP channel including LMP, bottle/can, and retail vending. Lead and motivate a sales team in the assigned territory, setting clear goals and expectations and provide coaching and support to enhance the team's performance. Responsibilities: Train, coach, mentor and develop the sales team to drive sales results Achieve revenue, volume and performance profits targets for FSOP in the assigned territory Negotiate and open new business opportunities within territory (grow account base) Grow current customer volume and profits by targeting new products or services Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to become the customer's most valued business partner Ensure utilization of selling and development tools across the territory Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma (or GED) with additional experience required Must have valid Colorado Driver's License and clean MVR (2 or less minor violations or no major violations) in past 39 months required 1+ years Sales Experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years Sales Experience with a HS Diploma required 1+ years Leading a sales team preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Come and join our Sparkling team! Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
