Fintech Finance Trainer - AI Model Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to train AI models, measuring their progress, evaluating logic and solving problems to enhance model quality.

In this role, you will be required to possess an expert level of financial reasoning, with a completed or in-progress Master's/PhD preferred. Other related fields include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI chatbot outputs for correctness and performance
• Develop diverse and complex problems for AI chatbots

Required skills and qualifications:

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other reasoning exercises related to finance management
• A current, in-progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not required
