Requirements Extensive Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial construction project knowledge Knowledge of construction sequencing, project scheduling, project management Ability to communicate effectively across departments such as proposal specialists, planning/scheduling, estimating,quality, risk, to coordinate where required technical inputs to qualification and proposal submissions Ability to coordinate, review and edit technical submissions of design partners for qualification and proposal submissions Demonstrated writing skills
Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset Ability to multi-task working on multiple submissions concurrently Ability to meet deadlines Significant construction Industry experience an asset
