About the Role:
We're hiring a Lead Industry Manager to oversee our client's Canadian SMB Team supporting direct advertisers. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping regional strategy, and managing a blended team of SDRs, Account Managers and Partner Managers. This position reports into the Head of SMB, Canada.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a high-performing SMB sales team to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Build acquisition and retention programs for direct advertisers and agency partners.
- Implement scalable sales processes and operational strategies.
- Own forecasting, planning, sales goal-setting and revenue performance analysis.
- Present weekly/monthly/quarterly business updates to stakeholders across regions.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and regional teams to drive cohesive business outcomes.
- Develop strong sales talent, foster accountability, and maintain team culture.
- Manage and influence the relationship with our outsourced vendor partner.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership.
- Strong experience leading teams toward ambitious revenue goals.
- Proven success in scaling processes and business operations.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with new business acquisition is an asset.
- Experience working with outsourced vendors is a plus.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and sales productivity tools.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
