Warehouse Worker/Order Selector

Job Overview:

As a Warehouse Worker/Order Selector for our home improvement store, you will be a critical part of our supply chain team, working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and organizing products for store replenishment and customer orders, ensuring our inventory is ready for timely delivery and pickup.

Responsibilities:

Order Selection & Fulfillment:

• Accurately and efficiently pick products from the warehouse based on picking tickets, digital orders, or voice-pick system instructions.
• Assemble and stage large or bulky merchandise for customer load-out or professional delivery.
• Meet established goals for picking speed and accuracy.

Inventory & Warehouse Maintenance:

• Stock received merchandise to designated warehouse locations, following safety and organizational protocols.
• Perform regular cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the dedicated warehouse area, including sweeping, clearing aisles, and proper storage of equipment.

Qualifications:

Ability to ensure accuracy when packing and labeling orders, catching any discrepancies.

Strong ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to maintain an organized workspace and keep track of multiple orders and shipments.

Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.81-$25.76 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
