Cross Border G License Driver/ Light Assembly Warehouse

Looking for a Warehouse Worker/ and occasional USA bound driver.

The work will consist of 7 days of warehouse light assembly work Mon-Thur 8-6pm and one day cross border USA delivery run with a F150 truck + trailer. So twice a month you will do USA run or more/less as needed.

Driver: You will pickup f150 plus a large trailer (under 6000lbs) from our warehouse and drop off at UPS in Port Huron. About Packages around 40lbs each need to be unloaded by hand at UPS.

Warehouse:

Assembling product into packages. Labeling, packing etc.

Overview

Responsibilities For driver

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and logs.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.

Warehouse Duties include:

• Filling packaging with various products.
• General Labour
• Light Manufacturing
• Quality checking
• Checking for lot numbers
• Standing and walking
• Housekeeping

Attention to detail is a must

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service with a focus on positive interactions.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform moving tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and team members.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
