As a Project Manager – Quadient Inspire Evolve Migration, you will play a critical role in supporting and managing application migration initiatives, with a specific focus on transitioning legacy Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms to Quadient Inspire Evolve. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution, adherence to timelines, and high-quality delivery. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in IT or cloud-based projects who thrives in structured environments, values collaboration, and is eager to contribute to complex enterprise transformation programs.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day execution of assigned migration workstreams within a larger program framework
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with technical teams on application, data, and workflow migration activities
  • Assist in ensuring a smooth transition from legacy CCM platforms with minimal business disruption
  • Identify, track, and proactively escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Support change management activities to enable user readiness and adoption
  • Act as a coordination point between developers, QA teams, data teams, business users, and vendors
  • Prepare and share project status updates, reports, dashboards, and meeting documentation
  • Support Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models and facilitate relevant ceremonies as required
  • Maintain accurate project documentation using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Track project KPIs, timelines, and resource utilization to support leadership decision-making
  • Support testing, validation, and quality assurance activities during migration phases
  • Ensure adherence to organizational quality, security, and compliance standards
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 4–5 years of experience in IT project management or software/cloud project delivery
  • Prior experience supporting application or system migration initiatives
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms and large-scale technology environments
  • Ability to understand technical workflows and translate requirements into actionable tasks
  • Hands-on experience with project management and tracking tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
  • Comfortable working under senior leadership guidance while owning assigned responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field; certifications are an added advantage
