About

Senior Project Manager

Mirlin Technologies is an emerging leading provider of SaaS software solutions and Services in Fleet Management and Maintenance. Our solutions deliver unrivaled insights, robust technology, and comprehensive expertise that fuel customers' success during every phase of the asset and equipment lifecycle. Our solutions are unrivaled in the industry and represent a unique opportunity to reshape how technology is utilized in a vast industry.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects supporting both Mirlin's native SaaS platform (Web and Mobile) and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) systems such as Business Central, DayForce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce.

This role requires a hands-on project leader who is comfortable managing ambiguity, driving clarity across technical and business teams, and ensuring project outcomes align with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong process engineering, BI analytics, and security awareness with a disciplined yet flexible approach to project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects across Mirlin's SaaS ecosystem and COTS integrations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical leads.
  • Manage project lifecycle phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product management, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and support teams.
  • Oversee implementation and integration of COTS platforms (Business Central, DayForce, MS Dynamics, Salesforce) with Mirlin's ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with BI, data engineering, and process teams to ensure analytics and operational insights are embedded into project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Utilize project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, or Waterfall as applicable) to tailor execution based on project needs.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships when applicable.
  • Track and report KPIs and project health metrics, leveraging BI dashboards to provide visibility into progress, cost, and performance.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards in collaboration with the SOC and IT teams.
  • Support the evolution of Project Management processes, introducing best practices for startups focused on scalability, repeatability, and efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Attributes

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Strong leadership and team facilitation skills.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous, evolving startup environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions through insights.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and focused on outcomes over process rigidity.

Education

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certification.
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with SOC2, ISO27001, or other security/compliance frameworks.
  • Technical background or prior experience managing software development projects.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within SaaS or startup environments.
  • Proven experience delivering technology projects across software development, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Power BI, and Dynamics ecosystem.
  • Experience managing integrations between custom-built SaaS solutions and COTS systems.
  • Proficient in project planning tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • Working knowledge of process engineering and business process optimization principles.
  • Familiarity with BI analytics and data-driven project reporting.
  • Understanding of IT security, compliance, and governance considerations in SaaS environments.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
