We are looking for a positive, friendly, and compassionate person to join our Reception Team who will inspire confidence and trust in our patients as they move through their recovery journey.

We are looking to fill both a full-time and part-time position. Previous experience in reception or clinic assisting is required. Our location is in Edmonton City Centre Mall with easy access for parking or by public transit.

Duties include greeting and booking patients, answering phones and emails, managing billing and insurance submissions, schedule and patient management, filing and other administrative tasks, product sales, laundry, and some light cleaning. Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures is essential.

Pay range starts at $18-$20/hour with opportunity to grow if additional responsibilities are assumed. An optional subsidized health and dental benefits plan is available.
