Construction Site Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Construction Site Assistant to support our residential and infill construction projects in Calgary. This role focuses on maintaining safe, clean, and well-organized job sites and assisting the project team with basic site operations.

This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn more about home building and infill construction. English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Assist with basic site maintenance (sweeping, garbage removal, snow clearing, material moving)
• Support the site supervisor with simple site tasks
• Help with material pick-up and delivery between sites
• Ensure safety signage, fencing, and walkways are properly maintained
• Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards immediately

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in English
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Construction experience is an asset but not required

Pay & Benefits
