Internet Sales Manager

About the Role:

Gary Moe Lethbridge Dodge is looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy, customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales operations. What You'll Do:

• Manage all online inquiries through website leads, social media, and third-party platforms
• Respond to customers quickly, professionally, and with enthusiasm
• Oversee digital sales processes and ensure every customer gets a top-tier online experience
• Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and support in-store conversions
• Track and analyze lead performance, response times, and closing ratios
• Develop and improve internet sales strategies and messaging
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up processes
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize online ads, promotions, and vehicle listings
• Ensure pricing, photos, and vehicle information online are always accurate and up to date
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the digital sales team

What We're Looking For:

• Previous dealership experience (Internet Sales or BDC experience preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with CRM systems and online lead platforms
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
