Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose issues accurately using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
  • Repair or replace faulty components to restore equipment functionality efficiently.
  • Install new equipment or systems according to specifications and safety standards.
  • Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all work performed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service procedures and findings.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during service operations.
  • Assist in training junior technicians or apprentices as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role preferred.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, or electronic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills for clear interaction with customers and team members.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
  • Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with specific industry equipment or certifications relevant to the role. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and providing solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
