Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Sales Engineer located in Calgary, AB. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for executing sales activities, managing customer accounts, offering technical expertise, providing innovative solutions, and supporting client needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with Customers, Suppliers and internal teams to maximize effectiveness in the field while driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales Engineering, including the ability to assess customer needs and offer tailored technical solutions
• Proficiency in Sales and Account Management to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and partners
• Background in Electrical Engineering, with knowledge of technical principles and applications
• Experience in Sales Management, including planning, execution, and achieving revenue targets
• Effective communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with technical sales in the industrial, manufacturing, or electronics sectors is an asset
