We are currently seeking an Emergency Mitigation Technician to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in mitigating and restoring properties to their pre-loss condition while providing excellent customer service. This position offers hands-on experience in restoration, along with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- respond to emergency calls and assist in disaster recovery efforts
- perform water extraction, drying and dehumidification
- remove and dispose of damaged materials
- clean and sanitize affected areas
- mold remediation when necessary
- ensure safe and proper use of tools and equipment
- maintain detailed records of work performed
- collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is a bonus
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends in emergency situations
- commitment to safety protocols and industry best practices
- must complete a criminal record check

Wage based on experience and negotiable
