About
- Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use
- Weigh the flour and other ingredients to prepare the dough
- Bake different bread types, like pretzels, baguettes and multigrain bread
- Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
- Track food supplies and place orders, as needed
- Following operational standards for the preparation of products and operation of equipment
- Maintain required product levels as per our Always Fresh standards
- Achieve daily targets
- Can be on their feet for hours
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Experience as a Baker.
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work in early morning shifts
- At least high school diploma
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- Willing to migrate and work in Canada
