Position Overview This role is critical in managing all facets of Mortgage Servicing, including Collections, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosures, and Reporting. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with borrowers, investors, and real estate agents to process loss prevention options and develop strategies such as debt restructuring. Manage both outgoing and incoming collection calls and send relevant notices for collections, loss mitigation, and foreclosures. Handle all aspects of Loss Mitigation, offering alternatives to foreclosure for borrowers. Prepare and transmit required monthly reports to investors, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines. Work with legal teams on foreclosure processes, including managing sheriff sales and maintaining foreclosure property security. Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulations, updating guidelines and procedures as needed. Complete all compliance-related training and maintain regular attendance. Experience and Skills 1-3 years of experience in mortgage banking or servicing preferred. Proficiency in mortgage technology platforms and strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
