Provide design direction for customer review drawings that balance consumer needs with manufacturing requirements. Lead the development and design of 3D models specific to switchboard assembly. Actively contribute to product design as part of the technical team on product development projects. Ensure regular adherence to procedures outlined in the Quality Management System (QMS). Continuously assess opportunities for improvement in design and processes. Proven experience mentoring and leading a team of mechanical engineers. Strong background in electrical systems, including circuit breakers, component wiring, and busbar routing. Hands-on experience with CAD tools and 3D modeling for mechanical/electrical assemblies.
