Leadership energy with a people-first mindset A love for attaining goals, growth, and winning as a team 4+ years in retail leadership (wireless retail = bonus points) Solid handle on budgets, inventory, and store ops Strong communication and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays A high school diploma or equivalent You're at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., and can pass a background check What the Job Demands Physically and Mentally:

A retail store manager's job involves a lot of physical activity, including: Standing and Walking:
Must be able to stand for long periods while assisting customers, managing the floor, and overseeing team members. Lifting and Moving:
