Head of Content We’re partnering with a fast-growing, culture-led media brand to hire a Head of Content — a senior creative leader who can shape strategy, scale audiences, and elevate storytelling across Podcasts, Newsletters, YouTube, and digital editorial.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership role within a modern media business that values originality, cultural relevance, and commercial impact in equal measure. Ideally you will come from either a culture-led digital publisher, podcast network, creator-first platform or innovative media brand.

Key Responsibilities Define and deliver a multi-platform content strategy across podcasts, newsletters, YouTube, and digital editorial Ensure a cohesive tone of voice and creative identity across all channels Translate cultural trends into compelling content that drives audience growth and engagement Develop scalable content franchises and formats that can grow with the brand
Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing content team spanning editorial, audio, video, and distribution Build a collaborative culture that encourages experimentation, originality, and creative excellence Oversee freelancers, contributors, and production partners where required
Audience Growth & Performance Use audience data and insights to inform content decisions and optimise performance across platforms Work closely with marketing, social, and growth teams to maximise reach and impact Continuously evolve formats to meet changing audience behaviours
Commercial & Brand Alignment Partner with commercial teams to develop brand-safe, high-impact content for sponsors and partnerships Apply a commercial lens to content without compromising editorial integrity Contribute to monetisation strategies across podcasts, video, newsletters, and editorial franchises
What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a senior content leadership role within a modern media brand Strong background across podcasts, newsletters, YouTube, and digital content A sharp cultural instinct and track record of creating content that resonates with engaged communities Experience scaling audiences and building content brands Confident leading creative teams and working cross-functionally Comfortable balancing creativity with commercial and growth objectives A collaborative, forward-thinking leader who thrives in fast-moving environments
