The Role:
ArvatoConnect is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic ICT Technical Team Member to join our ICT team in Swansea. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP and Unit4 ERP systems, as well as other critical applications. From 2nd & 3rd line support to daily system checks and incident resolution, you'll be at the heart of technical troubleshooting and process optimisation. *This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of 2 days of onsite presence at our Swansea office each week.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd & 3rd line support for SAP, Unit4 ERP, and other business-critical applications.
Monitor and manage service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
Perform daily system checks, troubleshoot errors, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain ERP master data securely and in line with best practices.
Support system updates, scheduled changes, and maintenance activities, including occasional out-of-hours work.
Conduct problem resolution and root cause analysis, collaborating with other ICT teams when required.
Assist in technical process improvements, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.
Provide input on data security and system availability, supporting the change delivery team.
Skills and Experience:
IT or technical experience in an ICT environment (experience with SAP or Unit4 ERP is desirable).
Prior experience with Windows and/or cloud-based applications (e.g., SFTP software) is desirable.
Strong analytical skills to assess data, system logs, and technical issues.
Ability to document findings and follow internal processes for audits and compliance.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to IT support.
Minimum Criteria:
✅ Strong IT/technical knowledge.
✅ Good computer literacy with a willingness to learn SAP and Unit4 ERP on the job if not experienced in this area already.
✅ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
✅ A keen eye for detail, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
✅ Proven experience with service desk ticketing systems and troubleshooting technical queries.
✅ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
