Front Store Cashier/Pharmacy Assistant Hybrid

Job Overview:

Mckenzie's IDA Pharmacy is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties: Front Shop Cashier
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos
- Assist customers with technology-related sales and inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves

Duties: Pharmacy Assistant
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing patient care
- Prepare and package medications for distribution
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
- Enter patient information and prescriptions into the computer system
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing and organizing paperwork
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
