Role Description
Now hiring 4 to 5 automotive sales consultants at Heritage Ford in Scarborough, Ontario Join a growing, high-opportunity, performance-oriented dealership with a friendly family-style supportive culture.
Looking for sales consultants with only
some
experience in dealership sales who want long-term growth, strong earning potential, and appreciate a supportive team environment.
We offer the following:
Lucrative compensation structure:
-$700 per vehicle in commissions with upside potential
-Unit volume and F&I bonuses
Leads
-Far more sales opportunities than our current team can handle.
-Guaranteed
minimum of 50 sales leads per month.
-Best in-market finance approval ratios -> more deals cosed.
Inventory
-Large selection of new and used inventory. Over 50 retail used on ground at all times and -growing
-In-house inventory merchandising for maximum customer appeal.

Who we are looking for:
-Candidates with some automotive sales experience (6 months to 3 years is ideal).

Your role:
-Engage and follow up with a high volume of quality leads.
-Assist customers through the sales process in a transparent, customer-first manner.
