Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer

Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and integrations using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools.

Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).

Build Power Apps (model-driven & canvas) and Power Automate workflows.

Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems via APIs, connectors, and web services.

Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure quality and performance.

Write, test, and deploy code following best practices and GOM standards.

Maintain documentation, version control, and release management.

Oversee data migration, data quality, and integration activities.

Participate in project planning and delivery.

Mentor fellow developers and provide technical support as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Proven experience customizing and developing Dynamics 365 modules.

Strong understanding of SQL Server and relational data modeling.

Experience integrating Dynamics with third-party systems (APIs, web services, connectors).

Hands-on experience with model-driven apps, canvas apps, and custom connectors.

Expertise in Dynamics 365 customizations (plugins, workflows, forms, views, business rules).

Proficiency in Power Automate and Power BI for workflows and data visualization.

Knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD and version control.

Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, and modern web development technologies.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables.
