- Identify value creation opportunities across our global direct investments portfolio;
- Lead, scope, and deliver IMCO's investment and/or cross-functional value creation initiatives;
- Guide and when required oversee implementation of portfolio or investments value creation opportunities;
- Diligence new deal opportunities
- Ensure smooth transition of new assets into the IMCO portfolio (Day 1 transition / stand up, 100-day planning, governance setup, business planning, value creation plan development, etc.);
- Support value-add monitoring of IMCO's direct investment assets;
- Develop and enhance IMCOs' asset management playbook; identify, build, and implement asset management best practices;
- Work with senior leaders across IMCO to meet our strategic objectives
- Relevant Management Consulting, Private Equity Value Creation, and/or Operating experience
- Ideal candidate will have experience and expertise applying private investing portfolio management functional good practices in one or more areas: Portfolio Monitoring, Governance, Value Creation plan development, Digital value creation, Due Diligence, Org design and compensation, Procurement, Sales Excellence, Pricing)
- Experience and track record driving and delivering value from complex initiatives (within portfolio company or corporate context)
- Experience working in deal environments including leading acquisitions, diligence, asset management and sale / disposition activities
- Experience structuring problems and driving to decision and action, delivering business results
- Strong stakeholder management (esp. in complex stakeholder environments) and influencing skills with C-suite and senior investor exposure
- Experience within one or more priority sectors (e.g., Digital/TMT, Clean Energy, Utilities, Healthcare, B2B Services)
- Strong analytical skills and business judgemen
- Program & initiative management experience
- Team player who enjoys a collaborative environment and high-performance culture
