About
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to become a key member of our team in Houston, Texas. This position is vital for the day-to-day functioning of our warehouse, encompassing tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will play an important role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and regulations.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet operational deadlines.
- Assist in maintaining an efficient flow of goods through the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety .
