This role involves a range of essential warehouse functions, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using order lists or RF scanners.
- Pack items securely for transport, ensuring product integrity.
- Replenish inventory stock on the warehouse floor.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed (certification may be required).
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve operational goals.
- Wear provided PPE at all times in designated areas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
- Physical capability for manual labor, including regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
- Commitment to workplace safety .
- Must be able to work shifts and overtime as required.
