We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our thriving operation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is fundamental to our warehouse's success, encompassing a wide range of tasks from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. You will be involved in stocking inventory, picking orders, packing items securely, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. Your contribution ensures the efficient flow of products and contributes to our reputation for reliability. We are dedicated to providing a secure workplace, emphasizing strict adherence to Safety standards and ensuring all team members are equipped with and utilize the correct PPE . This position offers a solid foundation for a career in the Logistics field. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and fill customer orders accurately.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
- Follow all company policies and Safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE .
No prior experience is necessary; we provide full training for motivated individuals. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including regular standing, walking, and Lifting up to 45 lbs. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
