About
We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations, supporting our extensive logistics network. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including receiving and processing inventory, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Accuracy and efficiency are key, as is a strong commitment to Safety. All employees are required to follow established Safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed. This position involves regular physical activity, including Walking, Standing, and Lifting of packages and materials. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for outgoing shipments.
- Stage and prepare orders for transportation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Support overall logistics operations and team goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Ability to perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions precisely.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
