Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and diligent Distribution Center Associates to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho! This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong focus on safety is paramount, and all associates are required to adhere to strict protocols and consistently use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position demands physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and engaged in regular lifting. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
  • Inspect goods for damage and verify quantities against order manifests.
  • Stock received items into designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and fill customer orders efficiently and accurately using order sheets or scanners.
  • Pack orders securely to ensure product protection during transit.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments for carrier pickup, including labeling and staging.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and properly utilize all required PPE.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret product information, order forms, and safety guidelines.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for the duration of the shift.
  • Willingness and ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing required PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
