Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification may be required).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Organize warehouse space for optimal efficiency and safety.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the logistics team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience as a warehouse associate or in a similar role.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 60 pounds regularly.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and scanning equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of logistics principles and warehouse flow.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and using PPE.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a safe work area.
