Warehouse Associate

• Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
• Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification may be required).
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Organize warehouse space for optimal efficiency and safety.
• Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the logistics team.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven experience as a warehouse associate or in a similar role.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and scanning equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of logistics principles and warehouse flow.
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and using PPE.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a safe work area.
