We are seeking dedicated and proactive Distribution Center Associates for our facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. This dynamic role is central to our distribution network, involving a wide range of activities from receiving goods to preparing them for dispatch. You will be responsible for managing inventory, picking and packing orders, and ensuring the smooth flow of products through our center. A strong commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork is essential. We prioritize employee well-being and maintain rigorous Safety standards, requiring the consistent use of PPE . The ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs is necessary. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading company in the Logistics field, contributing to a vital supply chain. Your daily tasks will include:
- Receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming inventory.
- Accurately picking products from shelves based on customer orders.
- Packing orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Preparing shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operating material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available).
- Conducting regular inventory cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
