Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming inventory accurately.
- Store merchandise in designated locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently and safely.
- Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Identify and report any damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or safety hazards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support the overall logistics operations by performing various warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety in all tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
