Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Baltimore, Maryland, and contribute to the smooth operation of our vital logistics hub. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and sort incoming inventory accurately.
  • Store merchandise in designated locations, ensuring proper organization.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently and safely.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or safety hazards.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Support the overall logistics operations by performing various warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety in all tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
