Job Summary:
We are looking for diligent Material Handlers to join our growing logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our warehouse. Your primary duties will include receiving, storing, organizing, and preparing materials for shipment or production. A strong understanding of warehouse operations, excellent physical stamina, and a commitment to safety are essential. You will work closely with other warehouse personnel to ensure the smooth flow of goods and support overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and supplies.
  • Sort, organize, and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Use equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and dollies to move materials safely.
  • Prepare materials for shipment by picking, consolidating, and staging them.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as directed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Identify and report any damaged materials or discrepancies immediately.
  • Follow proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient material flow and meet operational deadlines.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and the mandatory use of provided PPE.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment (pallet jacks, dollies, etc.).
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and steel-toed boots.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
