Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Stock received inventory accurately into designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Process and prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center is preferred.
  • Ability to handle physical demands, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety standards and the use of required PPE.
  • Understanding of general logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks.
