Join our growing team as a Warehouse Worker in Durham, North Carolina! This role is essential for the daily operations of our distribution center, supporting various aspects of warehouse management and logistics. You will be involved in a range of tasks including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and general warehouse maintenance. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, efficient, and safety-conscious. A key part of your role will be ensuring that our warehouse operates smoothly and that inventory is managed effectively. You'll be working closely with a dedicated team to meet daily targets and maintain a high standard of operational excellence. This position requires physical activity, including lifting and moving goods, so a good level of fitness is important. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols rigorously. - Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Support overall logistics operations and team goals.
- Ability to perform tasks involving lifting up to 60 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles.
- Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including lifting.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to wear PPE.
