We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our San Diego, California team! As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various essential tasks that keep our logistics operations running smoothly. This includes receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, and assisting with shipping preparation. You'll be working in a dynamic environment where efficiency and accuracy are paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick items accurately for customer orders.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment.
- Assist with staging orders for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear and utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to adhere to strict safety standards and wear PPE.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
