Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in sunny Jacksonville, Florida! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the smooth functioning of our distribution center. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and orders.
- Follow all company policies, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE .
- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to optimize warehouse workflow.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is a plus.
- Physical capability to handle repetitive tasks, including standing for extended periods and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player mentality with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory control.
- Commitment to adhering to all health and safety regulations.
