Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Receive, unpack, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stocking and reporting.
- Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidiness.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required/provided).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
