Job Summary:
We are looking for a diligent Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our bustling logistics hub in Denver, Colorado. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our distribution center, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for receiving, identifying, unpacking, and arranging for the replenishment of all incoming stock and supplies. Additionally, you will prepare, pick, pack, and ship orders to customers in a timely manner. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all shipments are correctly documented and that inventory levels are maintained. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity is crucial. You will be expected to follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Strong organizational skills are necessary to keep the shipping and receiving areas tidy and well-maintained. This role involves frequent Lifting and moving of packages, so a good level of physical fitness is required. Understanding of warehouse logistics and experience with shipping software is a plus. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Accurately document all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving and shipping procedures.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Ensure the shipping and receiving area is clean, organized, and safe.
  • Adhere to all company safety regulations and wear required PPE.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, and internal departments.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and order processing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
