About
We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our expanding operations in Los Angeles, California. This role is vital to our e-commerce and distribution network, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking items from various locations within the warehouse, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. The ideal candidate is energetic, possesses excellent organizational skills, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to upholding high standards of quality and safety. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, contributing significantly to our logistics success. We are committed to providing a safe work environment, including comprehensive training and all necessary PPE.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse stock according to order tickets and scanner data.
- Inspect picked items for quality, damage, and conformity to order specifications.
- Pack products safely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product integrity.
- Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation accurately to all outgoing packages.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering strictly to all safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock replenishment tasks as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to meet and exceed daily fulfillment targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to a positive, productive, and safety-conscious warehouse culture.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including extended periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Must be able to consistently lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and proactive adherence to safety protocols.
