Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Label shipments correctly and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training available).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking procedures.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and guidelines, especially regarding the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar manual labor role is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to consistently lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Punctual and reliable attendance is essential.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
