About
We are looking for an energetic Warehouse Associate to become an integral part of our operations in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is vital for maintaining the smooth flow of goods within our distribution center, contributing directly to our logistics success. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and speed are key, all while prioritizing safety.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, sort, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick items from inventory using pick lists or scanning equipment.
- Pack orders with care and efficiency, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, reach trucks) in a safe manner.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory verification.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Follow all procedures related to the handling and storage of materials.
- Uphold our commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours if needed.
- Experience in logistics operations is a plus.
