Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and accurately check incoming inventory.
  • Store merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately using scanning equipment.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Consistently wear and utilize all required PPE.
  • Follow all established guidelines for safe Lifting and material handling.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or potential safety hazards.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Support the overall logistics flow by ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical duties, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols. Willingness to wear and properly use all required PPE. Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively. Experience with basic logistics principles is a plus.
