Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and accurately check incoming inventory.
- Store merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately using scanning equipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Consistently wear and utilize all required PPE.
- Follow all established guidelines for safe Lifting and material handling.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or potential safety hazards.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support the overall logistics flow by ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical duties, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols. Willingness to wear and properly use all required PPE. Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively. Experience with basic logistics principles is a plus.
