Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent data entry.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
  • Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics principles.
  • Familiarity with scanning equipment and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulations.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
