Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Distribution Center Associates to join our busy facility in Chicago, Illinois. This role is essential to our supply chain and Logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks related to the efficient movement and storage of goods. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining accuracy and productivity. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE , is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, including regular Lifting of items that can weigh up to 50 lbs, and the ability to stand for long periods. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure operational goals are met and customer orders are processed efficiently and correctly. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift).
  • Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
  • Process returns and restock merchandise.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures and the mandatory use of PPE .
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
  • Understanding of Logistics and supply chain processes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
