We are seeking experienced and certified Forklift Operators to join our dynamic logistics team in Orlando, Florida. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a vital role in the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, move inventory to and from storage areas, and assist with order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a valid forklift certification, a strong understanding of warehouse operations, and a demonstrated commitment to safety. You will work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of goods. Responsibilities: Safely operate various types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) to move, stack, and organize inventory. Load and unload trailers and containers efficiently and securely. Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse. Conduct pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any defects or maintenance needs immediately. Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent movement and location updates. Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and accessibility. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE. Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as picking, packing, and cycle counting. This role demands physical capability and involves occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs. A strong culture of safety and adherence to proper lifting techniques is expected.
