We are looking for experienced and certified Forklift Operators to join our logistics team in Tampa, Florida. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your ability to safely and efficiently manage the movement of goods within our warehouse is paramount to our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a valid forklift certification, a strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures, and a proven track record of safe operation. You will work closely with warehouse associates and supervisors to ensure smooth material flow and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities include: Safely operating various types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) in a warehouse environment. Loading and unloading trucks and trailers. Moving and stacking materials and products. Performing pre-shift equipment inspections and reporting any maintenance needs. Maintaining accurate inventory records by moving and locating products. Organizing warehouse space to optimize efficiency. Adhering strictly to all safety regulations and company policies. Ensuring the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed, including picking, packing, and shipping. This role requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform tasks involving occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. A commitment to a strong safety culture is essential.
