Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Resolve operational issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper use and availability of PPE for all staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, including PPE usage.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
